Contest is free and open to anyone 18 years or older.

Prizes are only good for consumers living in or visiting our area. Prizes have no alternative cash value. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries in a given contest period. Multiple entries will improve your overall odds of winning but only one entry per contest period is allowed.

Winners will be notified by to the e-mail contestant used to enter. The winner must call us to provide their mailing address upon claiming the prize in order for the prize to be mailed to you.

Prizes must be claimed in 15 days from sending the e-mail notification to the winner.

Employees or their family are ineligible to win. One prize will be awarded during the contest period. All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, expressed or implied, except as provided by the manufacturer. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion.

A random drawing will be made of all eligible and correctly completed entries received during the Promotion Period. Winner will be notified by e-mail within ten (10) days of the drawing.

Entry constitutes permission to post winner's First Name and Last Initial on the Sponsor's website and the use of the winner's First Name, Last Initial and hometown for purposes of advertising without further compensation unless prohibited by law. NO personaly Identifiable information will be disclosed on the website or to third parties except to governing agencies as required by law.

By accepting the prize, winner agrees that Sponsor, its affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies and suppliers and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability for, and shall hold all such parties harmless against damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor or Promoters, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In the event Sponsor terminates Sweepstakes due to virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor or Promoters, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor shall award one (1) prize to one eligible participant, based upon the rules of eligibility. Not responsible for unclaimed prizes.
